Cause of Howling/Noise:

The internal amplifier and microphone of the hearing aid are very close to each other. Because sound is continuously received and amplified, some feedback (howling/whistling) may occur after the device is turned on. Small and high-power hearing aids on the market can hardly avoid this completely. Only fully digital hearing aids can effectively eliminate feedback.

Ways to Avoid Howling/Noise

Gradually increase the volume from a low setting.
Clean your ear canal and try different ear tip sizes for a better seal.
After inserting the hearing aid, gently push it into place and hold for 1–2 seconds.
